✅ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Entertainment & Balloon Decoration. Once your event is confirmed, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel 6 days or more before the event, your deposit will not be refunded but may be credited toward a future booking.  Rescheduling is only possible with a minimum of 7 days’ notice and is subject to our availability. Please note that rescheduling is not guaranteed. For any cancellations or rescheduling requests made within  6 days of the event, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged, regardless of the reason. Please note, we do not offer refunds, as our artists, equipment, and materials are booked and prepared in advance specifically for your event.
