✅ Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy for Entertainment & Balloon Decoration.

• Once your event is booked, the $50 deposit is non-refundable.

• If you need to cancel at least 6 days before the event, your deposit will not be refunded, but it can be applied as credit toward a future booking.

• Rescheduling is only possible if we are notified at least 6 days in advance and if availability permits. Schedule changes are not guaranteed.

• If a cancellation is made within 5 days of the event, it will be non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.

We do not offer refunds, as our artists, equipment, and inventory are reserved in advance to ensure your event is fully staffed and prepared. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
